For a little back yard fun I get the kids lady bugs a few times a year for the kids to play with and they also help eat any bad bugs that are in our plants. The girls loved them and Adams didn't know what to make of them because any lady bug we put on his would fly away. I guess they knew they might get killed if they were too close to a little boy.

Looks like a super fun activity even if a few lady bugs lost their lives!! We did this for Shane's 2nd birthday. I wanted to do it again this year just for fun but the bugs cook at the store in the sun if you wait too long. I guess there is always next year.
